  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • In original packaging (if applicable).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note: Items marked as final sale or on clearance are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Return an Item

To start a return, follow these steps:

  3. Pack the item(s) securely, including the Return Authorization number and your order number inside the package.
  4. Ship the return item(s) to the address provided. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

4. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., receiving the wrong or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. Please follow the return instructions above to initiate the process.
